AUSTRALIA
Standard shipping is $11 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders over $170. Express is $15.50. Both go tracked. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Australia Post handles delivery from there — standard is usually 2–5 business days to metro areas and up to 10 to regional, express is generally next business day within the Express Post network. You'll get tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are and what's in your cart, and everything goes tracked. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in what you pay us and aren't something we can calculate in advance. They're set by your country and are your responsibility on arrival. Worth checking your local thresholds before ordering — some countries charge nothing under a certain value.
ONCE IT'S WITH THE CARRIER
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and once a parcel is with Australia Post or an international carrier the timing is out of our hands. If tracking stops moving or something looks wrong, email getmad@madtwin.com and we'll chase it with you.
ADDRESSES
Check your delivery address before you order — we dispatch quickly and can't redirect a parcel once it's gone. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery at cost.
